Setting Up Folders
Set up folders to organize discussions. You can create single folder hierarchy.
Users who can set up folders are as follows:
- System administrators
- Space application administrators
- Space administrators
If the space administrator has not been set, all members can configure the folder.
Steps:

Click the app icon in the header.

Click Space.

Click the name of the space.

On the "Space" screen, click Folder settings in .

On the "Folder settings" screen, set the required items.
The following functions are available:
- Adding folders
- Renaming folders
- Changing the order of folders
- Deleting folders
a): Change the order of selected folders.b): Add a folder.c): Delete a folder. -
Confirm your settings and click Save.
