Clicking user names will display user information in the pop-up windows.
You can check the information of users you are communicating with (including organizations they belong to and their contacts) and quickly access their appointments.
Fields displayed on a profile dialog

Display name:
The user name displayed in Garoon.
If all of the following conditions are met, "Localized Name" is displayed in this field. 1
"Localized Name" has been set for the user whose information is displayed in the profile dialog.
If the language used by the logged-in user on the Garoon screen is the same as the language of the user's "Localized Name" who is displayed in the profile dialog.
Pronunciation:
The pronunciation of the user name.
The pronunciation (Yomigana) field will be displayed only when the logged-in user uses Japanese on the Garoon screen.
Primary department:
The department that the user belongs to.
If the user belongs to multiple departments, the department that is configured to appear first in the user profile will be displayed.
Job title:
If a user belongs to more than one department, the job title for the primary department is displayed. If no job title is configured, nothing is displayed.

E-mail address:
The e-mail address used by the user.
Mobile phone:
The mobile phone number used by the user.
Extension:
The extension number of the user.
The "Add a phone message" link2
The screen for adding Phone Messages appears. You can add a phone message to the user.

The "Display appointments" link:
The user's appointments for the week are displayed.
For details on how to view the screen, refer to Week View Screen.
Current appointments:
The user's ongoing appointments are displayed.
If no appointment is planned for the date you opened the profile dialog, "No current appointment." is displayed on the screen.

Messages2:

The "Compose Messages" screen is displayed. In the "To" field, you and the user are automatically populated.

The "Messages with username" link:
Clicking the link will show you a list of messages you exchanged with the user. Up to five messages are displayed.
If you haven't exchanged any messages with the user, nothing is displayed.

Profile details link:
The details of the user's profile are displayed.
1: For example, assume that Manami Tanaka displays the profile dialog of Daisuke Kato. When the language used by Manami Tanaka on the Garoon screen is English and the "Localized Name" language of Daisuke Kato has been also registered in English, the display name in the profile dialog will be "Daisuke Kato".
2: It will not be displayed if the use of the application or the permissions are restricted by the system administrators.
