Acknowledgment status

You can use the "Acknowledgment" feature when posting a new topic to check if a user has read the topic or not. Steps:
  1. Click the app icon in the header.

  2. Click Bulletin Board.

  3. On the "Bulletin Board" screen, select a category that contains a topic to check its acknowledgment status. Screenshot: The "Bulletin Board" screen with a category containing a topic to check its acknowledgment status being highlighted

  5. On the topic details screen, click "Acknowledgment status".

  6. On the "Acknowledgment status" screen, check the acknowledgment status and the date/time of the users.

    The following information can be checked.

    • Viewer:
      Recipient users of update notifications for the category (when the topic is published) are displayed. The recipient users of update notifications are configured by the system administrators.
      If an organization or a role has been set as a recipient, the members of the organization or role are displayed.
    • Acknowledged:
      The date and time when the notification recipient opened the topic for the first time
