Accessing to Administration Screens

This section describes how to access the system administration screen and how to contact technical support.

Accessing Users & System Administration

You access the Users & System Administration screen to set items that are common to all services in cybozu.com.
Before you can start Garoon, you must set the following items in Users & System Administration.

  • Users, organizations, and job titles
  • Groups (roles)
  • Services available to users
  • Company information
  • Login requirements
  • Password policies
  • Users & System Administrators:
    The cybozu.com administrators also serve as Garoon system administrators.
Steps:
  1. Click the administration menu icon (gear icon) in the header.

  2. Click Users & System Administration.

  3. In Users & System Administration, set the required items.

Accessing the Garoon Administration Screen

You access the Garoon System Administration screen to configure the functions of Garoon.
The following functions are available for system administration.

  • Basic system administration:
    Manages the basic system of Garoon, such as screens and administrative privileges.
  • Managing applications:
    Manages applications used by users, such as scheduler and bulletin board.
Steps:
  1. Click the administration menu icon (gear icon) in the header.

  2. Click Garoon System Administration.
