Troubleshooting Android Version of Google Chrome

This section describes how to troubleshoot problems such as unavailability of product pages and display corruption, even after you have configured your Web browser with the settings recommended by Cybozu.

This section explains the scenario using the following case as an example.

STEP 1: Clearing Cookies and Cache Information

  1. On your Android smartphone or tablet, open the Google Chrome.
  2. Tap Menu Icon and then tap History. Image where the history link is displayed
  3. Tap Clear browsing data. Image where the link to clear browsing data is displayed
  4. Select "All time" from the "Time range" dropdown list, and then select the "Cookies and site data" check box and the "Cached images and files" check box.

STEP 2: Stopping Private Browsing

Incognito mode runs in a separate tab from your normal Chrome tabs. To exit Incognito mode, close all Incognito tabs.

  1. On your Android smartphone or tablet, open the Google Chrome.
  2. Tap Icon to switch tabs on the right side of the address bar to switch tabs. On the right, you will see your open Incognito tabs. Image of Incognito tab
