It is not possible to create a backup of all the data in kintone at once.

This article describes how to manually create a backup and to recreate an app from the backup data.

You can create a backup in the following ways:

• Use the Export to File feature to create a backup of record data.

• Use the Template feature to back up app or space settings.

You can recreate your app by creating an app (or a space) from a template and then importing record data (CSV file) into the app.
