Checking if the Client Certificate Authentication Is Allowed to Use

This page describes how users can install a client certificate on devices on their own.

To use Client Certificate Authentication, you must install a client certificate on your device (PC and smartphone, for example).
You can find out if you can download this client certificate by yourself or not in your profile.

Checking if You Can Download the Client Certificates

1. Note the password displayed in the "Client Certificate" section.
   This password is necessary in the step later.
   
2. Click Access via Web Browser.
   
3. Enter an e-mail address with which you can receive e-mails on your device, then click Send.
   You receive an e-mail with the client certificate (#####.pfx) attached.
4. Save the client certificate (#####.pfx) attached to the e-mail received to any folder.

Add the client certificate (#####.pfx) that you have received via e-mail or from your administrator.
Procedure to install varies depending on the OS version or the Web browser version.
Adding client certificate

Launch your Web browser, and access the URL mentioned in the e-mail received in STEP 2 to log in to cybozu.cn.
