File Format for Services Available for Users
This page describes the file format for adding or changing the services for users.

File Format
Only services for users entered in the file are changed.
Enter the information of one user in each row.
Each row requires the following items. If the items contain a leading or trailing space, it will be trimmed when the data is imported from the file.
- Login Name
- Service Code
When users use multiple services, add the number of "service code" columns accordingly.
Items to be entered in a file
Login Name
Enter the login name of the users whose available service you want to change.
This item is mandatory.
Service Code
Enter the following service codes according to the services the users use.
- kintone: ki
- Garoon: gr
- Client Certificate Authentication: sa
To prohibit the use of all services, leave the "Service Code" item blank.
Example File
Example of actions to perform
- Allow "takahashi" to use kintone.
- Allow "kato" to use Garoon, kintone, and Client Certificate Authentication.
- Prohibit "suzuki" from using all services.

The first row contains "Field Name". Omit the first row containing the field names, or select "Skip header row" when importing a file.
